The Proper Procedure

Your music career is important. Equally so are the people you choose to promote that career. Be sure to hire a reputable company that has credits behind them; a company that has a solid standing in the industry, among both executives and artists. Due diligence on your part will quickly reveal companies to avoid, as well as those you can trust to support your music career from start to finish.
In the meantime, after you have submitted your demo and put a promotional campaign in place, then what?
Here are a few things to consider:- Have a website built. This is a great way to make a solid, professional impression on industry decision makers. Be sure to have songs available, your bio, and any experience you have in music, including performances you have done.
- Have business cards, flyers, and any other kind of marketing collateral you feel would help generate the word on your music.
- Perform at every venue possible. No venue can be too small; you just never know who may be sitting in the audience.
